How Our Process Works
We know how important it is to preserve your beautiful blooms and the special memories they represent. That’s why we’ve created a streamlined process to ensure your flowers are carefully handled and transformed into a timeless keepsake.
1. Reserve Your Spot
Head to our Booking Form and fill out your information and choose your desired frame size, style and add ons. Once the form is submitted, we’ll send you a proposal of services along with an invoice for a $75 deposit that will fully reserve your spot once paid. We recommend reserving as early as possible since we can only take a certain number of bouquets per week. Your deposit guarantees we can work with your flowers.
2. Pack & Ship
Once the deposit has been paid, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how to carefully package your flowers for shipping. Shipping your blooms may sound scary but we’ve got you covered with the best tips to ensure safe travels. You’ll need to ship your flowers within 2-3 days after the event so they arrive in good condition. Please note that shipping the flowers to us will be the responsibility of the client. We do not send shipping kits or prepaid labels. We recommend overnighting or using 2nd day air to get your flowers to us quickly. If you’re local to McKinney, TX, we will send you our address and coordinate drop off.
3. Bouquet Arrival
Once your flowers reach us, we will immediately unpack them and start the drying process. You’ll be sent a confirmation message within 48hrs of us receiving your bouquet letting you know they’ve reached us. We will also attach a picture of the flowers in the condition they were received. Your remaining balance payment is due within 2 weeks of us receiving your blooms. We will not ship finished frames without invoices being paid in full.
4. Wait for the Magic to Happen
Now that we have your blooms, we will begin the intricate and delicate process of preserving them. We take great care to dry, preserve, and arrange each bouquet, ensuring its beauty is captured for years to come. Flower preservation is an art and we take the time needed to do it right. Depending on the size and complexity of your arrangement, the preservation process can take several months. We’ll keep you in the loop with updates on the progress and you can even follow along on Instagram to see behind-the-scenes peeks of the work we’re doing during the preservation process.
5. Florals Forever Pressed
After we’ve finished the preservation process, your flowers will be carefully arranged in the custom frame you’ve selected. You’ll receive a picture of the layout for approval allowing you to make sure everything is perfect before the flowers are glued and sealed into the frame. Once everything is approved and the framing process is complete, your piece will be securely packaged and shipped back to you with care instructions on how to safely display your cherished blooms for years to come.

Color variations will occur naturally. Pinks, reds and purples often darken while some colors lighten. White flowers tend to take on cream, tan and blonde shades. Yes, color-enhancing processes may be used to ensure your flowers look their best in the final product. Color correction is not an optional add-on and may not be purchased. Color correction is done solely at the artist’s discretion. Color corrected flowers may still fade over time as the shade of the petals under the color correction changes color.

Flowers are a natural and organic material and will lose color over time. We use many different techniques to slow this process, including 99.9% UV-resistant acrylic on all of our main frames, color correction when needed and detailed instructions on how to care for your flowers. Please note that even color corrected flowers may still fade over time as the shade of the petals under the color correction changes color naturally.

Artisan Craftsmanship
Our handcrafted frames are made from locally sourced hardwoods with reinforced corners.
UV-resistant acrylic helps protect preserved flowers from harmful UV rays which can cause colors to fade or change over time.
Acrylic is lighter and more shatter resistant than glass, making it safer and easier to handle increasing the safety and longevity of the flowers.
By Blocking most UV light, the acrylic minimizes degradation of the preserved flowers keeping them intact and looking their best much longer than standard glass.
Professionally Preserved
Each flower is meticulously deconstructed petal by petal and then professionally reconstructed once dried. This allows for a more controlled preservation process and the ability to design the final arrangement with precision.
All preserved flowers are framed under 99.9% UV-Resistant acrylic, protecting them from sunlight and preventing fading over time, ensuring long lasting beauty.
Special care is given to preserving all sentimental arrangements to keep precious memories intact. We spend roughly 10+ hours working on each bouquet after they're dried. This process includes full reconstruction of each flower, color enhancing to bring them back to life, artistically arranging them in the frame, sending a picture to you of the layout for approval, and then gluing, sealing, framing and packaging the frame after everything has been finalized.
